CASES OF INTEREST
- Hungerford Investigative Service is currently assisting with a Wisconsin First Degree Murder case. While it is true that only a limited number of Wisconsin attorneys are certified to defend Homicide cases, it is also true that only a limited amount of Wisconsin licensed investigators are qualified to handle cases of this magnitude. While working for the defense, we are committed to investigating these cases as thoroughly and diligently as humanly possible, leaving no stone unturned. While the media may make the defense of these cases seem impossible, our experience tells us that there is absolutely more to these cases than we are led to believe. While outright acquittals of these charges are known to be rare, we strive to seek the truth by gathering all of the facts. Once we have gathered all of the evidence, we put our faith in the hands of our justice system to determine the fate of the accused. We believe in justice for every person, and that's the creed we live by.
- Many times our economy dictates the types of cases that come to us. With the current state of the economy, many Americans are being forced into foreclosure and many are unable to meet the demand of their current indebtedness. We are noticing an increase in the demand from financial institutions in assisting with this difficult process. Many times this is merely locating individuals who have defaulted on their loan and have decided to attempt to avoid their responsibility. Whatever our involvement with these types of cases, we are always professional, while remaining compassionate, and always strive to bring a positive resolution to all parties.
- The great art of surveillance continues to work wonders. At Hungerford Investigative Services, many cases are brought to fruition by utilizing the age old art of surveillance. For whatever reason, there are those in the world who would attempt to defraud their employer, their insurance company, or anyone they perceive in the way of their greed. Being experienced in surveillance has allowed us to capture the activities of these individuals. We are keenly aware that if you want to get to the truth of a person's activities, you must monitor their every move. Most often, it does not take long for the truth to be revealed.
